Całą ścianę oddano we władanie przejawów swoistej pasji właścicieli. Nad drzwiami królują rzędy półek, ciasno wypełnione książkami. Cała kompozycja uderza zarówno skalą, jak też malowniczą konfiguracją przedmiotów. Ale wymaga bezwzględnej dyscypliny estetycznej ze strony pozostałej części salonu (!).

 

The entire wall was put in possession to specific manifestations of owners passion. From the level of the desk to the door frame it is a gallery, the edges populated images, photographs and family souvenirs . Above the door is dominated by rows of shelves tightly filled with books . The whole composition hits both the scale as well as the picturesque configuration of the items. But it requires absolute aesthetic discipline on the part of the rest of the living room (!).

 

 

Sufit i biblioteka, najważniejsze elementy tej układanki, „grają na siebie” wzajemnie. Nie byłoby bowiem takiego efektu, gdyby sufit w sypialni był biały, ani też, gdyby księgozbiór nie był oprawny w rasową skórę.  Obraz na ścianie idealnie wpisuje się we wnętrze tematem, nastrojem i tonacją.
